No comment one way or another! Years ago Iwas hired as a masons helper on a project inside Auburn Prison. I was happy because it payed $11.00 per hour. At the time I was going to school with my GI money and doing what ever I could to get by. I spent about 6 weeks grinding mortar and repointing stone, the job ended and I went away happy.
Several months later I was subpoenaed and had to testify of my wage. Couple of months after that I got a State check for another 3 dollars an hour I was supposed to be getting paid. I have no idea what happened to the contractor.
