I had to look up Hope Mills in the atlas, it's part of Fayetteville. Looks like you will be coming I 26 to US 74, then to Charlotte. You can take the 485 beltway around Charlotte and back to 74. I guess you know not to go through Charlotte and get on the infamous Independence Blvd which is a traffic light infested parking lot with frustrated drivers. Then on 74 to Laurinburg, and I don't know which route you need from there. I don't know how much snow you will have in that area.
