A tree will not grow like that and push the car up. It may grow and incase the car in the tree like tree's do to fence or post but never push it up in the V.
You would need a crane to lift the car that high so I would not believe anyone put it there.
A hurricane would not do this. A tornado or rising water in a hurricane could but not the strait line winds of a hurricane.
A tornado would have bashed up the car some as it rammed it into the tree.
So that leaves flood. A flood could do this. Have seen it but not on this scale. I would think a flood from a tsunami is a more likely cause considering the height.
