If you can lift up the hood over the battery tray, there is usually a silver/foil sticker under it, with a serial number and other data. A photo would be most helpful. No 10 speed unless its a select-o-speed, which this is not if it has the 2 sticks, so it could be a 6 or 8 speed, one lever is for hi & lo. You have a thousand series ford, see if that hood sheds any light and of course someone could have swapped tin on any of these, I'm not sure if these had the serial number and model number stamped anywhere, and I should know that having run our 3600 for many years.
