Well, I pray that both sides want to get a contract. I pray that management is not using this contract expiration as an opportunity to shut down a plant during low profit margins. I also pray that your union leaders are not trying to gut the golden goose. I too have experience in contract expirations, no contract no work. I also know that contract WORDIG is often times the real hang up in these situations. May your situation be resolved quickly. gobble
