That is backward. Doing that positions the axles almost straight up and down and shortens the wheel base. Yoy need to raise the levers just so the bottoms clear the road and that moves the wheels farther forward and lenghtens the wheel base and with the axles at an angle with the bottom forward they will not move as much in the holders to let it do wipping. Take 2 vice grips and clamp the rod on the tail wheel so it cannot move at all and also use a solid mount, Not a pin mount, clevic on drawbar that you have fixed so it cannot move the lest bit as any movement in the drawbar-clevice will make weave worse. All the ones that say the tail wheel lifts are wrong, they are thinking about the type of set up that the Wonder plows used and the Deere 52 & 4B plows used, Deere did not use a carry tail wheel untill the 44 plows and then it was an option like the Genious and Case Centenial used.
