I know E = I x R (Ohm's law)

I know P = I x E (which is called watt's law.
Watt didn't write it. Watt invented the term
horsepower, had nothing to do with electricity.
However science honored him for his contribution
by using his name as a power unit.

offend people when you resort to name calling,
which you haven't.

Please post your educated best guess estimate.
Is it closer to 2x, 3x or 4x?
