massey ferguson 265 lift question

Hello, I have a Massey Ferguson 265 and my 3 pt raises my bushhog about 3 ft off the ground. However, when I put my blade on my 3pt today, it will only lift about 2 inches!! This summer, the 3pt raised my blade about 3 ft. Worked great!

I do not have a clue how to fix this problem, any suggestions?

Note: Does weather/temperature play a factor. I live in TN, and today, we have wind chill about zero degrees?
