TSC does sell restricted products but you have to know ahead of time or you will find out at the cash register where you have to produce your applicators license on restricted products.
In Texas you can buy several products in the quart but the 2.5 gallon is restricted.....political quaff. Just buy 10 quarts to get your 2.5 gal....yes it costs more that way but you get it.
On restrictions here, 10 acres is a breaking point and whether or not you apply for yourself is also part of it. 5 acres of your property of 24D in quart containers is okfine.
