There is an amish mafia but unless you do business with them you'll never see it and evme then you need to keep your eyes open. you had better do what the bishop and/or the other big/rich family says or they will shun you or put you out of business ect. this is true, i've seen it
I generally avoid doing business with amish. I've been cheated/attempted rip off by them almost half the time.
