Wish I had thought to post my owl picture. Well, not the actual owl, but owl evidence. I was driving near my home a few nights ago when there was a very loud "Whump!" on my windshield. Instantaneously the driver side of the windshield was covered with this indescribable goo that would remind you of a rotten egg. A large rotten egg. Based on some bad experience I'd had with a barn owl that camped out in my workshop once upon a time, I pretty quickly surmised that I'd been bombed by a hooter of some sort. Didn't know they could do that on the fly.
