Only place I can think of to get the OEM filler plates would be mother Deere. At least that is where I would check.
Now 14 inch rows may do better than 7 inch. I am pretty sure that beans planted with a Kinze interplant will do better than a drill given the same row spacing. You are really comparing apples and oranges as far as planters there. Kinze has much better openers, depth control and furrow closing than that drill.
BTW my main planter is a Kinze 3650 with interplants but I haven't done yield checks between the two.
