Good friend of mine share crops a large piece of Mississippi river bottom ground. It is owned by a concrete contractor out of St. Louis. Lavish building for a "club house", er, I mean "farm shop" It is a duck hunting club. The guy has so much off farm money that he is always coming up to my friend with a brand new tractor or planter and leasing it to them for peanuts. He just wants the write off.
My friend gets to drive new machinery he dont have to buy.
