Where do you get the idea that the super rich don't pay any taxes? That is not only grossly incorrect it also does not make any sense, how would a rich US citizen avoid paying tax on qualified income? If they are a U.S. citizen there is no hole to hide in anywhere in the world, the IRS has agents in all the money centers and they will eventually collect or that person will go to a country with no reciprocal tax treaty and never return to the U.S., even then any and all movements of funds at any time may result in seizure. The real truth is that people in the top 10 percent of qualified income pay 70 percent of all income tax with the top 1 percent paying 37 percent of all tax, these are IRS numbers, not mine. I really would like to know how to avoid paying any income tax so if you know the secret please share the wealth.
