I've heard many times, organic produce is most likely to have issues, with the use of manure there are opportunities for bad bugs to be in the food.
With 100 s,pm all food companies, if 4 random people get sick across the country no one ever put it together. Just got a bug somewhere and got over it and went on with life.
Now with better ways to track food, and 4-5 companies supplying the food, it can be tracked back much better. And it makes national news.
