Sometime in the middle seventies I was dickering on a new tractor at the Deere dealer. I knew the salesman fairly well and he wasn't in the best mood that day. Finally he unloaded on me about a customer who was constantly ranting about their poor service, bad mechanics, etc. The day before I was there this customer brought in a combine that wasn't running right and he wanted it fixed NOW! when the service man got to checking things out he found an air cleaner that was plugged so tight they had to cut it out.
