What kind of person you are can determine the price of goods. I watched dealers quote parts at 10% over list to people that they liked, 20% if the guy looked like he wouldn't complain, 50% or more to someone that they didn't like.
One dealer told a notarious chiseller to "get out" as soon as he came through the door.
