I thought it was an odd request in the first place. It was inspected just 3 years ago and all was fine.
I'm dealing with a relocation company with my job and theyre pretty hinky...er, strict. Whatever. Seems like they are backwards, will allow me to empty and decommission a potential environmental hazard, but I can't hang some drywall in an attic crawlspace. Gotta be a contractor.
