I had the Branch Service Manager out on a problem with a tractor. The owner started cussing the tractor and the company as soon as we came into the dealership.
He continued his harangue while we diagnosed the problem and decided what was needed to fix the problem. The Service Manager quietly told him that, if would make him happy, that we would take care of everything even though that unit was far out of warranty.
