Well thanks for all the responses. I started the 4 wheeler and parked it, thought I was doing something smart by taking the battery out. I would have never noticed the low water levels had I not taken it out. I giess I should have followed up by putting it somewhere warm. Will try the thaw out and recharge and hope for the best Thanks Chris
