I bid on a box of something on a pallet years ago, went to pick it up and it was gone. Was at another auction. A large Lincoln welder was on the block for 35.00. No one was bidding more. I didn't even take a look at it. From the back of the room I saw it had large copper cables. I thought just for the copper cables it would be worth that for scrap. I got it.
