A heat houser works pretty good on a two banger with that exhaust manifold on top of the engine. A piece of cardboard strapped up to the bottom of the frame between the front wheels and bottom of the cylinder head help keep the air from the fan blowing back and up instead of down on the ground. Turning the manifold to hot helps a bit too. If you do all that and put her on a plow your tongue will be hanging out. I can't see in your picture if you have one but a curved strap iron can be bolted to the frame on the left side to keep the canvas off the hot manifold if the wind happens to be blowing the curtain into the left side of the tractor.
