That looks like a 4--180 which means it may have been turned up some. I have the Oliver version -- 2255--It was rated at 140 horse but I have been told none left the factory at less then 160. Mine has the 3150 motor. Yes it has a short wheelbase so it can turn quick and keeps you on your toes going across a field. But it rides pretty well. They do pull good. I haven't made mine really pull hard yet. Just don't need to.
