I'm still trying to get my team to comprehend the concept of planning to succeed and avoid problems rather than planning to react to the expected problems. It's so hard to get people to accept the idea of planning and avoiding problems in the first place rather than the knee jerk reaction that is expensive and increases everyone's stress.
