I have one I am currently restoring. It called A UTB 650 M. They were available with cabs and 4 wheel drive. Universal tractor was owned or controlled by the Romanian government and were licensed to build Fiat type tractors. The 650 tractor has a mechanical TA,560 IH style steering but uses a 290 ci. 4 cylinder diesel with direct injection and weight is 9000 lbs.
