Best advice I can give you is, if you have to wear steel toed boots of shoes, buy at least one size bigger than you normally wear. I'm supposed to wear steel toed, but never have until my last pair. I wear size 12 and purchased (ordered on line) two identical pair, one non-steel toed, and the first pair of steel toed I've ever purchased or worn. The steel toes are inside of my size 12, taking away room. Snug toes are not a good thing.
