It could be a nice machine, but it has issues. Frame rails have been welded on, not running (wouldn't take much though) clutches are weak, tracks are O K, hood has been cut badly, grill gone, etc.
I hope that he restores it... This is the last one I have that came from my deceased neighbor. He hated it with a passion, but it was still his, and that is really the only reason I have hung onto it...
Going to be holding back the tears when I have to say good bye.
