When I was a kid, my parents told me kids are to be seen not heard. Today kids definitely want to be seen and heard. Selfies on their facebook. Some are suffering from Narcissistic personality disorder. The world is all about ME, ME, ME. LOOK AT ME NOW. For many years some people would remove the guts from their motorcycle mufflers just to get attention. So, it's no surprise people want to be seen and heard in their cars, just an example of getting attention. For years now, kids would put a different muffler on their little 4 cylinder cars so they would sound like a race car. It' all about ME.
