Talked to a fellow who had them on an 18 wheeler he drove to deliver building material to job sites.
He said they were OK on a dry Interstate, but got no where near the traction of standard duals around some of the job sites he delivered to, particularly if the ground was snowy or wet.
But-it was a company truck and he had to drive what they gave him. Some clown in accounting who had never driven a truck probably did some math that showed them to be cheaper than conventional duals and convince the boss.
