Most of those "points" of inspection are nothing more than something to put after the bullet points on the paper to make things look impressive. The more stuff they put on the paper, the more impressive it looks. I recall seeing a list of "features" on a new car. As I read through the list, I saw that a lot of those "features" were things that EVERY car had, and were not really "features" at all. Like a brand emblem on the front grill. Red taillights, tires, trunk latch, and the like. Just a lot of nonsense to put on a paper to make it look more impressive. Fluff with no substance.
