Stress can cause muscle tension in the neck and or constipation, but deep migranes are caused by the colon. Many people are prescribed suppositories for their migranes. Anything you eat or drink is absorbed thru our intestines. Don't know how many of you ever seen the poster 40 years ago that was titled "The Boss". It described how all the body parts wanted to be boss (rule the body) when the ole rectum spoke up all the other parts laughed at him. So he closed up for a few days and the eyes went cross, the legs got weak, the head pounded. This is just to name a few of the phrases what was mentioned. But it's Very True. I stopped my migranes by eating more fruit and less candy, pasta, chocolate, boxed foods and anything man made.
