Where are you from in Otsego County? I still have a place in Worcester. Lived there nearly 40 years. Hartwick area heading towards Cooperstown on Route 28 has had some of the coldest weather for Otsego that I've heard of. I've witnessed 32 below F once around 30 years ago.
I'm in northern Michigan now. A few miles from Otsego County Michigan and Otsego Lake, both named by New Yorkers after the New York places. 10 below F here this morning.
