I grew up surrounded by many WW II vets. They left their mark on me by the example they set. Dad was in Pattons third army and was in the Battle of the Bulge. When the war ended in Europe they shiped him to the Phillipines. He never talked about it much and I found out most of it from relatives and his records when he died. These guys never complained they just got the job done. Dad taught me to improvise when I had to but get the job done! So sorry for your loss. Those MEN in kakis and denims built our country and the fellows in suits [I wont call them men] are about to destroy it ! Please cherish his memory we owe those men so much !
