Otherwise don't know. However once I was in Biloxi, MS. buying shrimp at the seafood plant where the boats deliver. Price was higher than boxed and frozen in the super market. Guy said he had to get his prices up there so that he could compete nationally??????? That's what he said. Believe him? Who knows.
