Story is told about the guy when they farmed with horses who would load his wagon in the morning and slap his jacka$$ on it's rump and let the jacka$$ take his grain into the elevator alone. When ask why he didn't drive the wagon in he said "they pay him as much as they pay me and I got other things to do".
That equates to today and as long as we market like a jacka$$ we are going to get paid like a jacka$$!
