Open up the transmission drain plug just enough to let the water drip out as it thaws. Had this happen on my ford 841 transmission which in turn locked up the transmission. Do not start it till you start getting oil dripping out since oil floats on water doing that should get most of the water out. You also might set a small electric heater under the transmission the help thaw it faster
