It is customary for a smaller tractor pulling a plow to have the right rear wheel in the furrow and the left rear wheel on the unplowed ground. As you have seen, that creates a tilt. You compensate for that with a three-point lift by adjusting the lift arms.
The easy way to adjust that plow would be to lay up about seven inches of blocking/cribbing on concrete and park the tractor so the left rear wheel is on the cribbing and the right rear wheel is on the concrete. Then shorten the right side lift arm and/or lengthen the left side until both plow lays are flat on the concrete.
If one lay is on the ground and the other is up in the air, you will have to adjust the top link length until the lays are even front-to-back. Then re-check side-to-side.
