I make the door shocks for these tractors. the question I have is when did they finalize the cab design. When I first started selling the kits, a gentleman bought one for a 7030 and the bolts used on the later models were in a different spot when he went to mount the kit. he was able to make the kit work. now today, a gentlemen with a 7040 called to tell me that the back mounting bolt wasn't in his cab. were these models the first design and then the design was changed as problems arose? I certainly hate telling people who buy my kits, thinking it will just bolt in, that they have to drill holes and add bolts! thanks are for any info!
