I would comment that here in the East there are a number of elevators that have worts of some kind so I would use caution in terms of making large commitments relative to anticipated crop size. If I were Brian I would want to get a few recommendations and know that nobody is out to shaft Brian as far as deliberately bad advice. Some guys lack for local markets altogether and have a hefty trucking bill for running commodities 75, 100 or more miles one way.
