Donno what their problem is. Just built a polebarn with two conventional roll up doors (garage doors), each is 16wide by 11high. No power to the building, so no openers possible. Not a problem. Installers adjusted coil springs up top so just light push gets them up, a light pull can get them down. The overhead inside is 12 feet 9 inches and there was plenty room overhead. Could have done it with the 9 inches.
