I encountered the same issue on my Morton building. A sliding door just cannot be made weather-tight, so I had the slider replaced with an insulated, overhead door. Yes, I lost about a foot of width, and about a foot of height. I didn't like losing the height, but I can live with it.
I left the sliding doors and track in place, and secured the doors in the open position. If needed, I can tear out the new, overhead door and go back to just the sliders.
