The livestock equipment is probably worth more without the building. If you sell the building or equipment, consider your costs to remove the concrete and level the site, or include that in the sale price (in writing!!!). Also check what property taxes and insurance premiums you are currently paying on that building.
The buyer might be interested in renting the building. Keep in mind there will be extra traffic, noise at night and smells for your family to deal with, especially if the operator doesn't get the manure pits setup right.
A friend converted an old chicken barn (40 foot x 200 foot?) to RV storage. The low ceiling limits it to small boats and pop-up campers in the winter, snowmobiles and snowmobile trailers in the summer, and antique cars and tractors year around.
