Don't understand why your wife's medicare wraparound would be a problem. If she's on Medicare, she should just get her own Medicare Advantage plan, and you be on your own. Medicare premium is $104 per month, my Medicare Advantage is $35, and I don't think I've paid anything yet for medical- supposed to have a $40 co-pay, but when I went to the dermatologist, they even paid that.
I do have to pay some for prescriptions- the last one was a whopping $4.27!
