I've had Kaiser Permanente for the last 20 years and the government kicks in $900.00 and I pay about $430.00 per month. Yearly physicals are free, co-pay on eye exams cost $10.00. Eye surgery it's $50.00. I was with the VA for awhile, but I still had to keep Kaiser for my wife. If I pass on before her she can keep Kaiser or select another carrier. Hal
