Not to open a can of worms, but if the neutral and ground are attached as in the 4 wire picture shown with a bar to the neutral for the green ground, and they are both attached to the ground bar back at the box, then what is the DIFFERENCE between neutral and ground? Please put it in 4th grade terms because I'm still at the "electricity works via magic smoke" stage here...
