I think many collectors are getting choosy about what they buy. Common tractors are not moving. More rare tractors are pushing the limits. I think there are fewer collectors overall and many older collectors are dieing off, flooding the market with the more desirable tractors, leaving the common tractors to languish in demand. Price of scrap has also pushed dead tractors higher than they're worth to a collectors, making them less desirable even though they are worth more monetarily. Clear as mud?
