I agree...only use the machine to mix it....it should have a dough setting..here is the recipe I use for 2 loaves...and I strongly recommend using bread flour if you are buying it...Good Luck!!
Bread Machine Bread for 2 loaves
4 Cups bread flour 8 teaspoons sugar � teaspoon salt 1 1/3 Cup milk � Cup warm water 6 teaspoons butter 1 package yeast
Use the machine to process your dough, punch it down, cut it into 2 pieces and put into loaf pans�let rise until about 1 inch above the sides of the pan Cook for 350� for approximately 30 minutes
