I've been using a bread machine to make bread for over ten years now. Wore out the first one and on my second. It makes a fine loaf of bread. We do occasionally use home ground wheat flour but I found it did not seem to rise quite as well as the store bought flour. The machines are great. Throw in the ingredients and go off to work somewhere. 3 hours later come back to a fresh loaf of bread.
