Cavanaugh flight museum at Addison airport, Dallas museum of Fine Arts, Fair Park just southeast of downtown (small railroad museum and pretty good aquarium, overall interesting place) Deep Ellum area for music type bars and dives.
On the Fort Worth side there's the Kimbell art museum and the Modern Art museum. No idea what's currently on display.
You can go to the place where they filmed the TV show "Dallas". Never been there myself though.
Six Flags in Arlington may still be open though on a limited basis.
