Hi there might be a shortage of trains to move scrap if it's shipped by rail, as they are moving grain from elevators, and probably oil to.
I got a load to go at a friends. the scrap yards near Winnipeg Manitoba. when he called to take it in. The guy nearly paid him more not to take it, and leave it at home. They ship out by rail and he said they got no trains and can't take scrap in, due to a rail bottle neck. so they dropped the price to stop guys dropping off. Regards Robert
